Glenfinnan Monument

The Glenfinnan Monument sits on the banks of Loch Shiel in the Lochaber area of the Highlands of Scotland. It commemorates those who died fighting in 1745 Jacobite rising when Prince Charles Edward Stuart raised his standard on the shores of Loch Shiel. The Monument stands 18m tall and sits in the majestic setting of the Scottish mountains.
